Our Family Grows

Most of you know by now that Andre and I are expecting our first baby! I am now 35 weeks and miss Sofia Grace can come any day. We have no idea what we are doing as parents, so this will be a very interesting change in our lives. Sofia is already taking over our apartment. Who knew that such a little thing requires so much big stuff. :)

The pregnancy has been fairly easy and she has made it so much fun. She moves all of the time... kicking, punching, hiccups and more.

Smalls is trying to figure out why my belly is growing and why there is so much change going on inside of our apartment. He loves to lay on my belly and feel Sofia kick. I think they already have a connection.

Andre has been working so hard for our family. He is such a blessing! This is his last year of residency in Internal Medicine, here in Colorado. It has been a fairly easy year for him and he already has 2 or his 3 hardest months out of the way.

We are planning on moving to Atlanta, GA this coming summer for his next step in training. He was accepted to Emory University to specialize in Infectious Disease. It is the best program in the United States. We will be there for 3 years and then we will see where God sends us next.
